PERSONAL TRAVEL IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
For U.S. Citizens:
When traveling to Club Med Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, U.S. citizens must have a valid U.S. passport. Make sure your passport is up-to-date and will remain valid for the duration of your stay. Always carry your passport with you during your trip for identification and re-entry to the U.S. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the duration of your travel.
For Non-U.S. Citizens:
Travelers from other countries should check the specific entry requirements for the Dominican Republic based on their nationality. Generally, a valid passport is required, and some nationalities may need a tourist visa prior to arrival. It’s important to verify visa necessities and passport validity—usually at least six months beyond your travel dates—before departure to ensure a smooth entry.

Remember, to participate in these exclusive events, you must book your Tennis @ Club Med Vacation Package through The Cruise & Vacation Authority. Airfare and transfers are separate.

This cruise requires a valid passport for all guests. Passports should expire after 04/28/2027. Failure to provide a proper form of ID WILL result in the ship denying you from boarding.

For non-U.S. citizens, please contact your consulate regarding required visas. Failure to appear for embarkation for any reason constitutes a cancellation subject to full penalties.

Package Cancellation Policy
Prior to July 26, 2026 - $60 per person + Club Med Air, if purchased.
July 26 - August 25, 2026 - $500 per person + Club Med Air, if purchased.
After after August 25, 2026 - 100% of package
(Cancellations must be received in writing by the dates indicated. Fax or Email is sufficient notification, guests must confirm receipt by The Cruise & Vacation Authority.)
