A former standout player at Georgia Southern University, Eric earned impressive rankings—#2 in USTA Southern Open Singles, #22 in USTA National 40’s Singles, and #3 in USTA National 35’s Doubles.

From 1997 to 2000, Eric was the Head Tennis Pro and Junior Development Director at the Carl Sanders YMCA, where he developed a passion for guiding players of all levels. His dedication was recognized in 2014 when he was named Professional Tennis Registry Georgia Member of the Year. Since 2000, Eric he has also been the owner and lead coach at Hardcore Tennis Atlanta sharing his love for the game with countless players.

Chris Decker graduated and competed at Indiana University from 1990-1993. Chris earned all Big Ten honors in 1992 and was named Big Ten Freshman of the Year in 1990, becoming the first player in the history of the program to earn Big Ten Freshman of the Year Recognition.

Chris has been coaching junior tennis players, adult players of all levels for the past 25 years. Many of the players he has coached have moved on to top tennis schools such as Georgia, Duke, Pepperdine, Wake Forest, and Texas on athletic scholarships. Some of the players he coached have played in the junior grand slam tournaments, and several have gone on to play on the professional tour. His coaching experience also includes, on the collegiate level, where he coached Georgia Perimeter College to a national championship, and he was named the NJCAA Coach of the Year. During his tenure at Georgia Perimeter College, three of Chris' players reached the #1 national ranking in singles in the NJCAA.

Chris started his professional coaching career at Sea Pines Racquet Club, in Hilton Head, SC. A few positions he has held locally are the Director of Tennis, Tennis Academy of the South, Owner/Partner Universal Tennis Academy, Owner/Partner of The Allstar Tennis Academy to name just a few of many positions in his career.

Andre is a highly accomplished USPTA Elite Professional and PTR Certified Master with over 30 years of experience as a competitive player and coach. He has developed and led successful tennis programs at public, private, and nonprofit facilities across North America and the Caribbean. Andre specializes in high-performance junior development, adult training, and community tennis growth.

Currently the Director of Tennis at the Rick Macci Tennis Academy, Andre combines elite coaching expertise with a strong background in marketing and business management (MBA, Clark Atlanta University). His coaching philosophy emphasizes technical fundamentals, physical conditioning, and mental toughness, helping players succeed from grassroots to college-level competition.

A multiple-time tournament champion and award-winning teaching pro, Andre is also certified in strength and conditioning (Etcheberry Experience) and Cardio Tennis, and he holds leadership experience on several USTA and GPTA boards. Whether coaching aspiring juniors or adult competitors, Andre brings passion, professionalism, and proven results to every session.
